Shingle Roof Repair in Milton, MA

This garage was experiencing water damage because water running off the roof was causing severe deterioration along the rafters off the edge of the roof. We also replaced a few sections of the shingle roof which had experienced damage as well.

The project is competed, with the shingles installed and the new fascia in place as well. Our crew tarps off the roof to start, that way all of the removed shingles can be slid down the tarp and stay neat at the bottom of the tarp. This ensures that there is not debris all around the garage when the job is done. With the shingles stripped back, our crew can see the damage to the rafters coming off the roof. This shows us how severe the damage is, and lets our crew know exactly how much of he roof needs to be rebuilt. Our crew has installed the new rafters, as the new wood can clearly be seen and will allow water to run off the roof without causing water damage as before. A close up shot of the roof shows the expert carpentry work our crew routinely performs. The carpentry work ties into the existing wood seamlessly as well. The fascia has now been installed as well, leaving just the shingle replacement left before this job is completed.
