Challenge

Homeowner not only had rotting fascia boards but rotting and leaking wood gutters as well. The wood gutters were not able to catch water because of their shallow depth and as a result, the homeowner was experiencing frequent ice dams.

Solution

To solve this issue, we installed brand new fascia boards and soffit to fix the rot. In addition, we installed new 5k aluminum gutters to add increased depth for debris and precipitation. To address the issue of ice dams, we installed ice and water shield and replaced old asphalt shingles on the back roof.
