This customer had been experiencing continuous issues with this part of their roof. We decided that a rubber flat roof would be the best solution, and our skilled crew was able to easily tie the new rubber roof into the existing shingles.

This homeowner called us looking for a routine inspection of their Spanish tile roof, wanting an exterior restoration company with experience in working on Spanish tile roofs. Upon our inspection, our certified expert realized that the lower section of the roof was beginning to leak. The solution was installing new copper panels, leaving the homeowner with a strong and beautiful roof. By calling us early on, this homeowner was able to prevent a small problem from becoming a big headache. 

This customer had a few slates fall off the roof, as well as some other damage in the same area. Our expert crew was able to completely accommodate all of this customer's needs. From the slates to the damaged wood - even to replacing the soil pipes with copper.

These customers called us with a concern over falling ice and snow causing damage to their home. Not only did we cure that issue with a snow rail, but we also adhered protective ice and water shield along the lower three feet of the roof. We also restored the lower slate roof, and this customer will not have to deal with snow avalanching off the roof anymore!

The original copper cap had started to leak so we removed it and replaced it with a custom fabricated copper cap fastened with stainless steel screws and brass washers.

Homeowner called in looking to have their entire roof replaced. They had 2 layers of deteriorating asphalt shingles on their roof that they wanted removed and replaced with brand new asphalt shingles. We installed ice and water shield to the roof board and installed shingles thereafter. 

We were called out to inspect a rubber roof after a tree had fallen on it, creating multiple punctures. We removed the old rubber and installed a brand new roof.

Great work done by Jake Pedro on this beautiful home in Newton, MA. Old valley had begun to fail and because of the high traffic nature of the roof, the felt beneath had begun to rot. Replaced the felt with high-quality Ice and Water shield and installed a new, custom fabricated valley.

For this project, we had to replace a section of a slate roof. While replacing this section of the roof with slate was an option, the best choice was to replace the slates with flat seam copper. Our expert craftsmen were able to solder each of these panels together perfectly, leaving the homeowners with a roof that will be both look great and be leak-free!
