Sales Support Representative

PRIMARY DUTIES

  • Inbound lead taking and scheduling appointments
  • Outbound calling to set, reschedule, and confirm appointments
  • Data entry and tracking via CRM system
  • Interacting with customers for reviews following job completion
  • Social media implementation is a plus
  • Projects such as file management
