Roofing Craftsman / Carpenter
We are looking for 2 individuals with moderate knowledge and experience in the roofing and or exterior restoration industry. We send out multiple “Father and Son” type crews and have openings for 2 “right-hand men.” We specialize in repairs and slate and copper so you will have the chance to work on detail demanding work rather than labor demand. With the occasional 2-3 square roof being the exception, our guys don’t do the nasty strip and reroof most guys are sick of doing! At this position, we would expect you to hone your skills and learn “The Sprague way” in order to become our next Project Manager!

Your opportunities for growth include a few different paths. You can become a Project Manager. Project Managers get a company truck, gas card, bonuses and commissions, and get to run their own jobs! Compensation is north of 6 figures! Another path is sales. Our design experts get to meet new people every day and help guide them in protecting their most valuable assets.
