Replacing A Bay Window and Copper Work in Winchester, MA

For this job, we replaced the bay window with a new one, and we also added some copper paneling to the top of the new window.

Here we have the final photo for this job, showing the brand new window and the copper paneling which has been installed above it. Our crew is completing the finishing touches on this job, going back to paint over a few areas. The new window has been installed and this picture shows what the customers will get to see through their new window. The new window has arrived, and once the old window has been removed the installation can begin. With the new window in place, ice & water shield is applied over the top to save the customer from having to deal with any leak issues in the future. Here we can see the copper panels which have been installed over the window. Not only do they provide significant aesthetic value to the home, but they also protect the area from water damage. Our crew has begun demolition of the old window, including the removal of the old insulation, underlayments, and the wood which may have been rotting. With the exterior of the home completely prepped for the install, our crew has set up the necessary staging to begin the install of the new window. This customer had replaced their entire wood shingle roof with us before, and they reached out to us with an interest in replacing a window, which can be seen here.
