Flat Roof Replacement & Skylight Repair in Hyde Park, MA

This customer called us needing to have a section of their gutters replaced. When our certified expert inspected the gutters, he realized the roof was compromised as well. We were able to draw up a plan to solve these issues, and the result is a new flat roof which not only looks great, but performs even better!

With the rubber roof now installed, our crew reattaches the skylight. All that's left for this project is a few finishing touches and a little cleanup. The existing shingle roof has outlived its usefulness and is in need of being replaced. Just like we do for every project, we take the time to design the project that precisely fits your needs. For this project that means addressing the flat roof, skylight, gutters, and parapet wall. Before starting the job, our crew ensures that all of the materials are organized so they can complete the job effectively and efficiently. They also use a tarp to protect the side of the building during the project. The worn rubber roof is removed, with a little bit of cleanup left before our crew can install the new roof. The old roof has been completely removed and properly disposed of, so our crew can now move on to installing the new flat roof. The roof and flashing kit are stripped back around the skylight, allowing us to repair the damaged wood surrounding the skylight. This ensures that the skylight will be water tight with the new roof. The insulation boards are laid out and fastened down. The pattern we use to nail them down makes the roof's underlayments as secure and watertight as possible.
