The rubber membrane is wrapped around the corner and up the wall a few inches to ensure that it is watertight as the job is completed. The old exterior of the roof has been stripped off, leaving just the plywood layer. The insulation boards have been laid out and are held in place with numerous nails and fasteners, ensuring that they will not come up. The rubber membrane has been applied to the roof, with special care to wrap it tightly around the base of the posts.
