How Does Best Pick Reports Conduct Research?

Best Picks Report partners with GuildQuality, the nation’s leader in third-party customer satisfaction surveying, to collect annual research on local home service companies. Based on these survey results, Best Pick identifies the best companies in each service category.

Every Best Pick company must maintain extremely high satisfaction rates—at least 85% of a company’s customers must state that they were satisfied with their experience with the company. Overall, GF Sprague & Company, Inc. has received 4.7 out of 5 stars based on 228 customer surveys conducted through GuildQuality.

How Are Company Scores Calculated?

Best Pick Reports employs a business model that relies on consumer data and advanced survey methodologies to determine unbiased ratings, ensuring homeowners and home service companies alike of a reliable process.

All Best Pick companies are required to maintain extremely high satisfaction rates. At least 85% of recent customers contacted during their research process must state that they would recommend (4 stars) or highly recommend (5 stars) the company to a friend or family member.

Best Pick Reports track and rate thousands of businesses and showcase Best Pick companies in their annual reports, which are posted online and mailed to homes in many metropolitan communities across the nation.
