Good Video For Installing Replacement Windows
Looks good. Do you all ever run into rotted wood around the frame that you also have to replace. My project led to quite a bit of work as I found termite damage. I had to rip out a bit of the wall and then do a lot of drywall work on the inside.
I don’t see a level, and he is stuffing insolation around the window! Why don’t you use spray foam? What about the shims? I’m no expert but I think I could do better.

@ryleykari My windows have outside stops. And my installer didn’t install insulation and I spent all winter paying additional heating bills becauuse of it. So now I’m pulling the trim off my windows and doing the insulating myself.
