All going horribly incorrect

A new riverside development of high good quality (just appear at the brickwork) environmentally conscious (tiny, pointless solar panels and even tinier, more pointless wind turbines) apartments (flats!) with ground floor retail units in a prestigious riverside location (tucked away in between the river and a dying retail park with small possible for any passing trade).
I’ll bet there is a pile of ‘buy to let merchants’ who are feeling a bit less than happy here. I just feel sorry for anybody who purchased 1 to in fact live in.
Edit 11/07/2011 – There are no tiny pointless wind turbines on the roof, either i was hallucinating or finding this place mixed up with somewhere else that looks the same. And the builders have been in and tidied up the brickwork a bit. Shop units are nevertheless empty, balconies nonetheless full of junk and retail park nevertheless dying on its arse though.
snapped while thinking ‘I’m glad i do not reside here’. [?]
